Every year we’re blown away by how much our customers look forward to the Trusted Service Awards and we’re already getting lots of questions about the upcoming 2022 awards.
The TSAs are a unique reflection of the commitment our customers make to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are awarded based purely on the genuine opinions of your customers. Previous winners know that Feefo's Trusted Service Awards enable your brand to stand out for your quality of customer experience, giving your consumers greater confidence, as well as inspire your staff and lift their performance.
We’re often asked by our customers if they’re on track to receive an award this year or not; to make things easier, we’ve created a handy graphic so you can see if you’re on your way and what you need to do to become eligible. We’ve also answered some of the most common questions we’re being asked right now. As ever though, don’t be afraid to get in touch with your Account Manager or our Support team if you need more help!
No! If you meet all the requirements above by 31st December 2021, we’ll notify you by email when the awards are announced in early 2022. Just make sure you’re signed up to receive emails from Feefo.
We’re afraid not. The TSAs are open to Feefo customers only, due to the differences in how both platforms operate. Things may change in the future, so we’ll be sure to keep you posted!
A few months ago, we teased that we’re adding an extra level of recognition to the awards, by giving Feefo customers the opportunity to enter additional award categories. These categories will enable you to show off specific initiatives driven by your customer reviews or celebrate improvements made to your business to drive growth. We’re so excited to share these categories with you and see your entries. We’ll be ready to reveal all in October, so watch this space!
All TSA winners get access to a Winner’s Pack, which has lots of different assets you can use across your marketing, including social media gifs and images and award badges.
