What is a Platinum Trusted Service Award?

Businesses who earn a Gold Trusted Service Award for three consecutive years receive our highest honour for outstanding customer service. First introduced in 2019, a Platinum Trusted Service Award is a certified seal of approval that shows the customers the value of their feedback through ratings and reviews.
