2021 is almost here, which means the Trusted Service Awards are just around the corner.
Whether you’re new to our awards or have been winning them for years, we hope you’re just as excited as us for the announcement in early 2021.
For some businesses, we know this year has been tough to say the least, so if you haven’t been able to collect as much feedback as you normally would have this year, don’t worry – we haven’t forgotten you! Read on to find out more.
Our annual awards recognise our highest performing customers. Only businesses who provide outstanding levels of quality and service, as rated by their customers, qualify for an award.
There are three different awards: Trusted, Gold Trusted and Platinum Trusted, which we’ll explain in more detail below. You also don’t need to apply to enter our awards – if you’ve met the criteria, we’ll let you know you’re a winner when the awards are announced in early 2021!
To ensure we’re being fair and take into account the events of this year, we have made a slight change to the criteria. Any business who meets the number of reviews and the associated score will receive either a Trusted, Gold or Platinum award as normal.
However, for those businesses who haven’t reached the criteria this year, in terms of number of reviews or the average rating, but did win last year, we will instead take an average of their review data across a 24-month period. This gives an unbiased and fair view of how a business has performed over a two-year window and doesn’t penalise for the impact of the global pandemic.
Trusted Service 2021 award
To qualify for Trusted, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2020 and December 31st 2020, and achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4 during that period.
Gold Trusted Service 2021 award
Our coveted Gold award is given to businesses who collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2020 and December 31st 2020, and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 during that period.
Platinum Trusted Service 2021 award
Our most prestigious recognition, the Platinum award recognises businesses who consistently provide an amazing service. That’s why it’s only awarded to businesses who have met the criteria for Gold Trusted Service for the past three consecutive years.
