Feefo & Reevoo – your questions answered

As you’ve probably heard, we recently acquired fellow reviews company, Reevoo. We’re incredibly excited about what this means for the future of Feefo, but we also recognise that you may have a few questions about the acquisition, so here are our answers.

Who are Reevoo and why did Feefo acquire them?

Reevoo collects real, verified reviews, just like Feefo. Their transparent and honest approach is part of the reason we acquired them. Reevoo also has some great products and features, allowing us to broaden the Feefo offering and provide a better service to you, our customers. Ultimately, this acquisition enables us to invest heavily in technology and talent – it’s an extremely exciting time to be a Feefo or Reevoo customer.

Will the Feefo brand be retired?

No – we’re still Feefo! There are no plans to drop the Feefo brand. We’re still the same trusted reviews and insights company we always have been.

Will the Feefo platform change?

The Feefo Hub isn’t going anywhere, but we are working to improve and upgrade our platform for our customers. Eventually, all Feefo and Reevoo customers will use the same platform. In the meantime, you can expect to receive the same services that are contracted to you.

Will we be getting any new features?

Our combined platforms will offer a more feature-rich product offering to all our customers. Significant new investment in our technology team means we will be doubling down on products and features our customers find most valuable and exploring exciting new ways to help our customers succeed. We'll let you know more when we're ready, so watch this space!
