In this week's Faces of Feefo, we speak to Customer Success Director Charles Janczur.
Just under five years.
I'm a Customer Success Director and jointly manage our enterprise tier accounts within our Customer Success team. I'm committed to working together with our enterprise clients to help them grow revenues, improve customer satisfaction and deploy innovative solutions which inspire and deliver better customer journeys. The best part of my job is meeting the clients face-to-face and learning more about their goals and objectives and helping them achieve them.
My best experience was probably with Bose. My noise-cancelling headphones got a little bit damp one day after two years of solid use and stopped working. I sent them back with not much hope other than being a loyal customer. Due to my history with the brand, they allowed me to upgrade to their brand new wireless range which were £100 more for a small fee, duly earning them a customer for life!
I'm a little sport obsessed and follow most sports, but mainly play cricket and captain Liphook & Ripsley CC 1st XI whilst playing with some fellow Feefo employees. I'm a big fan of live music and try to go to as many live gigs as possible - Foo Fighters this month! I also love to travel the world and explore new destinations as much as time allows - Cape Town being a personal favourite to date.
Working with such a fast-moving and broad-ranging product that genuinely impacts clients' businesses. I get the opportunity to work across multiple industries with some amazing brands and help impact real change by showing them how to get the most out of Feefo. It's also a fun environment to work in, with some incredibly talented people within the business to soak up knowledge and learn new ideas from.
