In this week's Faces of Feefo we speak to Richard Tank about his role at Feefo's Head of Digital.
I’m a newbie, at just under three months.
As the Head of Digital I’m responsible for the performance marketing channels, such as paid search (PPC), organic search (SEO), display and paid social, plus the performance elements of web and email. I also look after the team that supports the Review Enhanced Ads product, so I am involved with the product’s development. My typical day involves managing multiple projects and collaborating with a wide variety of people across the Feefo business.
I personally enjoy a friendly service. There’s an Italian deli close to home – I intend to buy one or two items and always come out with 10! The staff are great at engaging you and the quality of the food is great, so it’s an irresistible combination.
I’m always out of the house at the weekend. I like to explore, whether that’s another part of London or the world, it’s my favourite thing to do. My wife and I often go for walks on Hampstead Heath too. I’m a big foodie, so being next to Borough Market in London Bridge is dangerous. In my student days I was a chef at a french restaurant and then a theatre, but I have been cooking from around age 10.
Everyone says the people and the culture, but it’s true. It’s truly a great place to work and I really enjoy coming to work every day. Apart from that, it’s an exciting place to work - there are so many opportunities and the freedom to take advantage of them.
