In this week's Faces of Feefo, we speak to Scrum Master Rhiannon Evans.
The only thing typical about my day is starting the day with our morning stand up with the team! After that my role is different day to day - if I’m not researching new ways of working to improve how we work as a team, I’m with my product manager looking at our roadmap and product vision to plan how best we can deliver results. Whilst constantly learning in my role myself, I’m also coaching the team on new ways of thinking and empowering the team to control how they will perform their work.
The best customer experience I’ve ever received without question was recently getting married abroad. I chose to get married abroad to remove all of those wedding stresses, and that was indeed exactly the experience I received. From the moment we were sat with the travel agent who was beyond excited to be booking our wedding, every experience from there until we left the resort was amazing. They organised and took care of absolutely everything we needed - I barely had to do a thing! We were made to feel so special for the entire holiday, even once the big day was over, we were still looked after right up until we left. The only thing I got stressed about was the Caribbean afternoon showers and even then, the wedding team reassured me with beautiful back up locations, which fortunately ended up not being needed!
Having gone straight from school to a career I missed the “going travelling” experience so I’m trying to make up for it now! So when I’m not working, I’m making my way through a rather large list of destinations or planning the next trip.
