Feefo launches new Platinum category in 2020 annual Trusted Service Awards

Client demand pushes reviews and customer insights technology company Feefo to add new Platinum category to its annual Trusted Service Awards recognising highest levels of service-excellence as rated by real customers

 

London, 8th January Feefo, the reviews and customer insights technology company has launched a new Platinum category in its annual Feefo Trusted Service Awards for 2020.

The new award is available only to companies that achieve three consecutive years of Gold award-level customer ratings and has been created in response to demand from Feefo’s clients.

With winners revealed later this month, the Trusted Service Awards recognise the brands most trusted by their customers. Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is a highly-valued seal of approval awarded solely to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights. Only businesses meeting the required high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, receive awards.

To qualify for a Trusted Service award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2019 and December 31st 2019. The new and highly coveted Platinum Trusted Service 2020 award requires a brand to achieve three consecutive years of Gold customer service ratings of 4.5 or higher.

The Gold Trusted Service 2020 award requires a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for the year, while for Feefo’s Trusted Service 2020 award, a service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4 is required.
